The sales of ammunition are final.
Accessories purchased may be returned for a purchase price refund, less shipping fees and taxes, if in original, unopened packaging and within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer has three business days after the date of receipt (by the buyer's FFL) to initiate the return of a firearm for a purchase price refund, less shipping fees and taxes. Should the Buyer decide to exercise a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email to notify the Seller of his/her decision to return the gun, and pay for return shipping, insurance and any other fees related to the return of that gun.

Buckrun Guns offers some products that may be restricted by Federal, State and/or Local laws. We do not authorize the right to purchase any products that may be restricted in your area. When you purchase any of our products, you accept full responsibility to comply with all regulations that apply.
Buckrun Guns llc primarily ships via the postal service. Due to certain restrictions implied with the postal service, FedEx or UPS may be used. We do not ship to p.o. boxes a physical address must be used. Firearms may only be shipped to an ffl holder. Firearms will not be shipped until a valid ffl is received and verified. To streamline firearm sales provide contact information for the receiving ffl.
